5. Professional Requirements
All professionals must maintain:
- Valid Enhanced DBS check
- Appropriate professional qualifications
- Current professional indemnity insurance
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
- Professional registration where applicable (NMC, HCPC, GMC)
6. Liability and Insurance
Al-Amal for Care maintains appropriate business insurance. However, as professionals work on a self-employed basis, they are responsible for their own professional indemnity insurance and liability for their services. Our liability is limited to our role as a recruitment and staffing agency.
